The two times I've been lucky enough to be in the city of lights :) have been right at the tail end of november, meaning we were lucky enough to see the Christmas lights at Galleries LaFayette and the flocked Christmas trees lining Champs D'Elysees. Anyways, what I'm getting at is it makes me pine for a cold foggy day in Paris when this time of year rolls around.
ThereFORE, we got a fun holiday weekend planned including the local macy's parade and meeting Santa for the first time downtown. In my attempts to inject a little Parisian flare into our perfect holiday weekend, I've searched and scoured the interenet for a recipe for the hot chocolate served at Angelina's Cafe, AND I FOUND ONE! It was burried beneath a pile of comments on some random message board :) ANyways, thought I'd share it, I'll be trying it tonight after a chilly evening watching Christmas Lights float down Main Street!
Enjoy!
UPDATE: okay, so I didn't get around to making this last night :) Instead it was frozen eggplant parmesan and popcicles on the menu :) Sometimes my super Marth-Stewartesque ambitions fall quiteshort :P hahah oh well!
