So, I was never "obsessed" with this book, although I can clearly remember Mrs. Boe, our elementary school librarian (**Who for whatever reason has not aged a day in 20 years, as I discovered during my Student teaching at the same school I attended such ages ago!) reading the book and making funny noises. I always enjoyed it, I'll always remember it.
So here I was this morning, clicking out of my boring e-mail box ever cluttered with facebook notices that I already new about and many sale notices for stores I can't afford to shop at . . . not now. When I saw at the bottom "Exclusive Pics Where THe WilD Things Are" which you can find by clicking the picture above. Now, I am sooooooooooo excited for this movie. How fun to take an iconic children's book and bring it to life. The pictures look nothing short of fantastic. I don't know anything about when this movie is coming out because I jumped right on over here to blogger after catching the last pic :) Tragically if it comes out in the next year or two I'll have to go sans Miss Y as I think she might be a little scared of the guys. (Although she is very brave when Grandma reads her the book, she makes roaring and growling noises through the whole thing . . . not sure what that means :P haha).
Must go, she's just pushed a million buttons on the printer!!!
