I know many people find themselves annoyed/overwhelmed with the ever earlier creeping in of holiday items in stores. Christmas in September?! But I, for one, love it! Seriously, I think I could possibly be classified as a holiday junkie. I love "setting the mood" with home smells, christmas music, the smell of somebody's fire outside lurking in through my window that can still be open because it's only October :)
And-of course-the crafting. The colder weather just turns on an overdrive switch in the creative part of my brain and I tragically can barely sort it out. I've got pictures to draw, dresses to make, sweaters to knit, and an overwhelming obsession with nylon netting dish scrubbies (a concept I discovered from my best friend's late grandmother)! I'm hoping K will be able to help with Y this weekend so I can focus some of this energy into some real holiday crafting genius. Because at the moment it's feeling more like crazy yarn and scissor lady :)
In the spirit though I decided to restock MadeByBri with some fun Christmas items, hop over and see!

I'm totally with you! Every year I put out my Christmas tree earlier and earlier. I've decided that as soon as November 1st hits, it's totally fine. One year in highschool, my friends and I made a tape of us singing Christmas carols on Halloween. And I definitely love looking at all the decorations in the stores in September.
