People actually do this . . . so I did it!

Yes folks, all of those groceries are now tucked away in my freezer and pantry! And for the low low price of 53.15!

Here's what I got:
1 pkg. - 18 BIG rolls Charmin TP
10 boxes Fruit Gushers fruit snacks
10 boxes Betty Crocker fruit snacks
1 Oreo cookies
2 Chips Ahoy Chewy Cookies
1 Box Ritz Crackers
1 Box Cinnamon Toast Crunch
1 Box Cocoa Puffs
3 Cans Rositas Vegetarian Refried Beans
1 Can Rotel Diced Tomatoes
2 Darigold Sour Creams
6 Ore Ida Steam and Mash Potatoes
4 Bagel Bites Three Cheese
4 Aunt Jemimah Buttermilk Waffles
1 Ore Ida Tater Tots
1 Ore Ida French Fries
2 Pepperidge Farm Texas Toasts
12 OldOrchard Frozen Concentrate Juices
2 Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
1 Pantene Shampoo
1 Pantene Conditioner
1 Crest ProHealth Toothpaste
1 Puffs Tissue Box
1 10-pack Capri Sun (forgot to put this in the picture)

I spent $53.15 (that's it!!!) plus I have a $5 mail in rebate for the Jennie-O so that brings it down to $48.15 :)
I saved 174.35 in Coupons and Albertson's Preferred Savings

While it took meticulous planning and 5 transactions :) And a VERY heroic husband to do the dirty work of checking out :) haha I love him! I am so excited about the revelation that I might be able to do more than save $1.00 on a $75 trip to walmart! The only downside, not very much healthy stuff seems to make it in these uber deals, but I'm saving so much I can spend to my hearts content on fruits and veggies :)

The blogs that gave me all the ideas (and the ladies that do it way, way better and spend even less) are: Fabulessly Frugal, Fistful of Coupons, This Beautiful Frugal Life :) Props to my best friendy for turning me on to them!!

Thanks for the shout out! I'm impressed with your haul! And to be honest, much more impressed that your husband would do the checking out.. Mine refuses to even go in the store with me! :)

I have an 18 month old son and all of my blogging gets done at nap time and after bed time. Plus I'm six months pregnant and even more scatterbrained than normal so I would never be able to focus while he was awake.

I'm off to check out your Etsy shop. Glad to be of assistance in your frugal adventures. :)
